I’m Harri, a nature loving, sea swimming, adventure seeking yogi born and raised in South Wales. I am a keen traveller and have spent much of my 20s working and backpacking my way around the globe, constantly seeking new mountains to climb, oceans to swim, and connections to make with our incredible planet and the extraordinary people who live here. But Wales will always be my home and after an incredible experience at a seaside sauna in Ireland, and discovering its many health benefits, moving into my 30s I decided to hang up my hiking boots and return home to Wales to join the growing sauna community in the UK and open my own along the Welsh coast. I have always felt my best self when spending time outdoors, and it is my mission to contribute something to my community which will encourage more people to step outside of their front door more regularly and take a different perspective of our unpredictable Welsh weather even on the gloomiest of days. For me, the sauna is a quiet place to sit back, take a breath, disconnect, and let the stresses of the day melt (or sweat) away.
